Lucky Levi
In some ways Levi could be viewed as unlucky or accident
prone, but on reviewing his life so far, I believe that
he’s one lucky cat.
Levi
is a beautiful champagne fluffy male cat, who came to my
attention when my daughter informed me of his dire
circumstances. A fire had broken out in his house with
him inside. The inside of his home had been gutted. The
black clouds of smoke prevented the fireman from getting
into him for a couple of hours after the fire had been
extinguished. They were amazed to find him alive, hiding
under a bed and covered in black soot. Emergency
accommodation was found for his owner and her two
children but not for Levi.
So
Levi arrived at our place with soot still in his fur. He
was eating very little possibly due to his ingestion of
toxic fumes. I consulted with my vet and also used
homeopathic medicine to help rid toxins from his body.
He’d been here for two months and was now eating well.
His feet had lost their sooty appearance, his meow had
returned and he appeared relaxed. In the following week
this beautiful boy was reunited with his family in their
newly refurbished home. What a homecoming that was!
Prior to this,
he had been stuck down a drain for ten days and also hit
by a car. How many lives does this cat have left?
Hopefully many more!
