Wendi's exciting exhibition,
Expressions
was
held at the historic
Clifton School Of Arts,
Lawrence Hargrave
Drive,
Clifton
from Friday 27th November 2009
to Sunday 29th November 2009.
She combined her talents with artist and gallery
owner, Anthony Marshall.
The money from sales of paintings goes towards the care
and upkeep
of the rescued animals in Wendi’s care.
ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Ms Reis has a shelter for homeless animals. These
rescued animals are restored to health, desexed and then
rehomed wherever possible to caring families. In the
past few years she and her husband have rehomed more
than 200 animals. She actively campaigns for the humane
treatment of animals both in Australia and overseas.
Much of the money raised from the sale of her paintings
is used for the veterinary care and feeding of these
animals.
